We may collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, project details, room photographs, messages, quotation information, booking records and information needed to manage and complete your bathroom project.
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, arrange and carry out work, communicate about your project, keep business and accounting records, handle guarantees or complaints, and meet our legal obligations.
We process information where it is needed to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with the law, pursue legitimate business interests, or where you have given consent. You can withdraw consent for optional marketing at any time.
We may share only the information needed with suppliers, professional advisers, insurers, accountants, technology providers or public authorities. We do not sell personal information.

If you request a custom bathroom design preview, the bathroom, finishes and products you choose are sent to OpenAI to create the picture. Your name and contact details are not sent for this purpose. Created pictures are stored so that a shared link can show them again.
DLS may ask for permission to use photographs of completed work. We will not publish your address or identifying personal details with project photographs. You can ask us to stop using a photograph in future marketing where reasonably possible.
We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the project, guarantees, customer service, accounting, insurance and legal requirements. It is then securely deleted or destroyed when no longer required.
Essential hosting and security technology may be used to make the website work. Our hosting provider's security service, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie called __cf_bm, which helps tell visitors apart from automated bots. It lasts about 30 minutes and is not used for analytics or advertising. The bathroom ideas pages also save your favourites and choices in your own browser, so they are still there when you come back; this stays on your device and is not sent to us unless you share it. With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, approximate location, devices, pages viewed and actions such as quote, telephone and WhatsApp clicks. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you press Accept. You can reject analytics or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings. We do not use analytics to identify you personally and we do not use advertising cookies on this website.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your information, and to request a portable copy. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
